Singletons are proud to partner with a dedicated team of five local farmers, all based within a short ten-mile radius of our farm in the rolling hills of Lancashire, who supply us with milk produced by cows leisurely grazed on the luscious green pastures that surround us.
An average day for us involves collecting around 20,000 litres of clean, sweet milk from our partnering farmers. It’s always rich in butterfat and protein which is essential to creating our perfect cheese.

As well as using cow’s milk, our exclusive ‘Parlick Fell’ sheep’s milk cheese is the best selling sheep’s milk cheese in the United Kingdom and winner of the prestigious ‘Prince of Wales Award for Specialty Cheese’ at the Great Yorkshire Show.
The milk comes from sheep that graze on the slopes of Parlick Fell near Chipping, giving the cheese its fitting namesake.
